The head is made from 100% food-grade silicone with a heat resistance rating of up to 220°C (428°F), making it suitable for stirring, folding, and scraping during stovetop cooking. The silicone material is soft and flexible at the edges but has a firm inner core to provide sufficient resistance when mixing thicker batters or sauces. The handle is made from heat-stabilized nylon composite with a smooth surface and rounded end. It does not contain any exposed metal parts, so it will not scratch delicate pan coatings. The spatula head measures 8 centimeters in width and 10 centimeters in length, with a slight bevel on the underside to help lift food easily. This product is resistant to stains and odors from common ingredients like garlic, tomato, and turmeric. It can be washed by hand with warm soapy water or placed in the dishwasher on standard cycles. However, prolonged exposure to direct flame or temperatures above 260°C may cause surface degradation.
